How it works

  • 1. Discover

    In this phase we will get complete CLARITY on where you stand right now – the good, the bad and the ugly. You need to know where you are now before you can decide where you want to be.  We will then set a baseline for your marketing success and nail define your strategic vision for the next 12 months ensuring you have a strong brand foundation in place. 


  • 2. Navigate

    When you fail to plan, you plan to fail!  What will your strategy be to reach your ideal audience? What channels will you use? Will you focus on social media, direct marketing, direct sales or all of it?  In this phase we will navigate the marketing strategies that will suit your market and choose the ones that will best achieve your goals and objectives.  We’ll decide the best strategies to attract, connect and nurture your ideal client until they turn into paying clients.  


  • 3. Act

    This strategy stuff is all pretty useless if you don’t take action. This is where it all becomes real. and we build out your 90 Day Action Plan  so you can execute consistently and efficiently. We will define how, who, when, and how much. Progress is everything!  Part of this process is deciding the tools, systems and support structure required to run the business effectively.
